The following positions exist across our Esperance & Katanning dealerships:

• Territory Managers (sales consultants)

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our premium range of agricultural machinery and equipment.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities.

  • Manage and nurture your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress.

  • Accurately forecast revenue and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong ability to drive growth in a competitive market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Agricultural experience is highly desirable, though not essential.

  • Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

  • A passion for the agricultural industry and a desire to help our clients succeed.

  • Proficiency with computer systems (CRM, Office & OEM Systems)

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted right to work in Australia
